Abstract
Given Iran's strategic position in the region and the world, access to mineral and oil reserves, regional and global consumer markets, also by focusing on the potency of young's and interior talented, and support domestic power and production by creating added value and preventing crude sales, can be witnessed the development of non-oil exports and the increase in foreign exchange earnings and economic prosperity.With take a brief look at Oman's import statistics and the small share of our country's exporters in this market, despite the advantage of being adjacent to that country, it indicates the existence of influential factors on the way to non-oil exports. In this study, by collecting data and analyzing them, the factors affecting non-oil exports to Oman have been identified in a very tangible way.After reviewing the domestic and foreign research and studies conducted in the field of identifying the factors affecting non-oil exports, these factors were classified by in 5 main groups; I) Economic factors II) Socio-cultural factors III) Management factors IV) Political and international factors V) Geographical factors. Then, a questionnaire with 67 questions was prepared and distributed physically and electronically between 50 people of exporters, economic managers, port operations managers, port operations decision-makers, vessel owners, and shipping company managers.To analyze the data, SPSS 22 software and a single t-test were used to investigate the factors affecting non-oil exports from Jask port to Oman. The Friedman test was also used to rank the factors influencing non-oil exports from the port of Jask to Oman Based on the results obtained, we understand that all five dimensions affecting non-oil exports from Jask port are factors managerial, socio-cultural, political and international, geographical, and economic respectively. These dimensions have a significant level of less than 0.001 according to which the zero hypothesis of these components, the minimum level of assurance is 0.95% and the opposite assumption on the presence of these components is accepted in the present study the single-sample t-test. The results of Friedman's ranking method indicate that: respectively, managerial factors with a value of 3.73 are ranked first, socio-cultural factors with a value of 3.31 are ranked second, political and international factors with a value of 3.18 are ranked third, geographical factors with a value of 2.41 are ranked fourth and economic factors with The amount of 2.37 has the fifth rank in terms of the impact on non-oil exports to Oman.
